Most of our products that we offer are new or refurbished. From time to time we may offer used products if we come across them. We ask that you check the description for details of the product that you are thinking about purchasing. If still confused about a description please refer to our FAQ.

Yes we do offer a return/exchange policy. However; in order to process your return/exchange you must first request for a RMA from our customer care specialist, you may do so by email. All refunds will be processed in the format of which your order was paid. All refunds are handle within 3 business days after acceptance of your return/exchange. All buyers are responsible for shipping their returns back and shipping fees are none refundable as we do not charge a restocking fee.

Yes we do offer wholesale orders. If you would like to purchase 3 or more items of the same product, please contact us by email which is the better communication system so that prices can be discussed.

All orders are shipped with 24-48 hours of payment received. Once your order has been shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-9 business days to received depending on your destination. We ship all orders USPS or UPS with signature confirmation. All orders will be provided a tracking number.

"Carrier Returns" means that the item was returned to a carrier or manufacturer after a short period of usage, items are fully tested, sanitized, and repackaged for re-sale with original accessories in a generic retail box. Because the product housings are not replaced, the cosmetic condition of the mobile phone will vary according to stock classification. "A-Stock" means that the mobile phone housing is very clean, scratches or nicks if any will be very minor. "B-Stock" means that the mobile phone housing is lightly used, scratches or nicks will be mild. "C-Stock" means that the mobile phone housing looks used, scratches or nicks will be significant, but not extreme. "D Stock" means that the mobile phone housing is very used, scratches or nicks may be extreme.

"Factory Refurbished" means that the item has been thoroughly tested, examined, sanitized, and if necessary repaired using original specifications, by a manufacturer, major carrier, or master distributor authorized professional refurbishing center. All refurbished items have new or like new housings returning the product to like brand new condition. Refurbished Items come packaged with original accessories in generic retail manufacturer boxes.

"Brand New" means that the item is 100% new, never used, and never refurbished, comes in original manufacturer retail package with original accessories, software and product guides from the manufacturer.
